ICP has pharmacists available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Our goal is to provide medication therapy to your residents when they need it. We will work together to accomplish this goal.
Contingency Medication System
ICP utilizes a contingency medication exchange box system. This system allows the facility to customize medication that may be needed in a STAT situation; i.e. antibiotics, pain medication. It expedites medication delivery to the resident by providing on-site accessibility.
Medical Records
Our standard medical record forms include: Medication Administration Records, Physician Orders, and Treatment Administration Records. Nurse Aide flow sheets can be designed to be either resident specific or general use. Each facility may choose forms and layouts based on their individual needs.
IV Therapy
Our experienced pharmacy staff prepares and dispenses TPN, hydration, antibiotic and pain therapy. with state-of-the-art equipment and careful monitoring. Quality Assurance processes are in place to ensure the patient will receive their IV therapy exactly as prescribed by the physician.
