Our customer service representatives are facility advocates. Our
in-house representatives are available to respond to questions and concerns. Our field representatives visit frequently to promote quality assurance and identify client issues that drive operational approaches to assure continuous quality improvement.
We support facility sponsored employee and resident events.

The Consultant Connection newsletter is published 10 times a year. Industry updates and regulations are provided via the Consultant Connection, special notices, and our pharmacy consultants.
