ICP recognizes the importance of being flexible for each facility while supporting their corporate structure. We do not attempt to be the largest provider of pharmacy services in our industry, but we do strive to be the best. Our Customer Service representatives are facility advocates. Our in-house representatives are available to respond to questions and concerns. Our field representative visit frequently to promote quality assurance and identify client issues that drive operational approaches to assure continuous quality improvement.
